KKR halts Rajasthan Royals' surge with a 37-run victory

Despite losing the toss, KKR batted first and established a competitive target of 175. Rajasthan's pursuit of the score fell apart as they were restricted to 137 runs, losing nine wickets over their 20 overs. The win was anchored by the strong bowling of Shivam Mavi and Kamlesh Nagerkoti, both of whom took two wickets each.

KKR finished their 20 overs at 174/6, with key contributions from Shubman Gill (47), Eoin Morgan (34*), Andre Russell (24), and Nitish Rana (22). On the bowling side for RR, Jofra Archer performed impressively, picking up two wickets for 18 runs. RR's batting lineup struggled early on, sliding to 100 runs for the loss of eight wickets, with Tom Curran providing the only highlight via an unbeaten half-century of 54.

With this win, KKR climbs to second place in the standings with four points, while RR drops a spot to third. Shivam Mavi took home the Man of the Match trophy for his outstanding performance with the ball.
