SRH opened their account reasonably well, getting to 25 runs in the first 4 overs. But the momentum shifted when Avesh Khan took the first wicket, dismissing Abhishek Sharma for 12. The pressure mounted further when Sandeep Sharma removed Anmolpreet Singh for just 5 shortly after. Despite this early wobble, Travis Head and Nitish Kumar Reddy stabilized the innings with a powerful 96-run stand for the third wicket.
