This final T20I was an absolute rollercoaster, ending in a 10-run win for India, which allowed them to whitewash Afghanistan 3-0. It was full of drama and entertainment on Wednesday night as the fans witnessed two Super Overs at M. Chinnaswamy Stadium. The third and final T20I was an incredible game and after two back-to-back Super Over, Men in Blue won the game by 10 runs to whitewash 3-0 Afghanistan. India’s captain Rohit was the hero of the night, hitting a four and a six in the second super over to reach 12/2. Ravi Bishnoi struck twice in consecutive deliveries to secure the win for India.

India's innings got off to a shaky start after they were put in to bat, primarily due to a lethal spell from Fareed Ahmad. The Afghan pacer caused immediate damage in the third over, claiming the wickets of Yashasvi Jaiswal (4) and Virat Kohli (0). The momentum stayed with Afghanistan as Azmatullah Omarzai removed Shivam Dube in the following over, and Ahmad continued his dominance by dismissing Sanju Samson for a golden duck, leaving the hosts in a precarious position.

Despite the collapse at one end, Rohit Sharma remained composed, steadily building the score. Once he found his rhythm, he and Rinku Singh took total control, punishing the Afghan bowling attack with a barrage of boundaries. By the 19th over, Rohit struck a refined boundary to complete his fifth T20I century. Rinku also played a vital role, scoring a half-century. With Rohit finishing on 121 (including four fours and two sixes) and Rinku contributing 69 (highlighted by three sixes in the final over), India posted a massive 212/4.

Afghanistan's pursuit began strongly, with openers Rahmanullah Gurbaz and Ibrahim Zadran putting on a partnership of 93. India finally broke the deadlock when Kuldeep Yadav dismissed Gurbaz for 50. Washington Sundar then shifted the momentum back to the hosts by taking two wickets in a row, removing Zadran (50) and Omarzai (0). However, Mohammad Nabi's quickfire 34 kept the target within reach. Just as an Indian win seemed certain, Gulbadin Naib played a stunning, unbeaten knock of 55 from only 23 balls to force the game into a tie.
